Admissions Checklist

Completed online or paper application forms (3 pages)
Application fee (waived for online applications)
Official transcripts showing degree conferral
Three (3) letters of recommendation: Recent graduates should have at least two letters of recommendation from college or university faculty with whom they have studied
Scholarly writing sample (special education Ph.D. programs only)

TOEFL scores are required if you are an international applicant, unless English is your first language or you have completed a degree at an American university.
The International Student Financial Statement is required. You may download this form at: http://www.vanderbilt.edu/isss/prostudents.html

Note: Other special credentials may be required by some programs.
