Online application for Master's and Ed.D. programs
Application fee waived for online applicants

Note: When you submit the first page of your electronic application, you will be given a user ID and password. Using your ID and password, you will be able to access and edit your application at any time until you submit it.

For students who cannot apply online:

Download the application packet (in pdf), print the pages, and submit your paper application ($40 fee required). Adobe Acrobat must be installed on your computer to view the documents. To download the Acrobat Reader software, click here.

• If you are unable to use the printable application for any reason you may submit an online request for a paper admissions and financial aid packet to be delivered to your home address. Return with $40 application fee.
