Academic Research

Academic research projects include the analysis of:

• state and city school district takeovers
• educational resources and achievement gaps in high poverty schools: a study of the Longitudinal Evaluation of School Change and Performance (LESCP) in ESEA Title I schools
• the association between media efforts and public opinion regarding education
• the effects of 50 years of racial desegregation
• the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) secondary school system

Policy Development

Policy development projects include:
