The Office of Records and Registration serves as the unit of the Peabody Dean's Office that is responsible for maintaining the academic records of all Peabody students from matriculation to graduation. This office prepares the Peabody Dean's list, undergraduate handbooks and the schedule of courses for each semester. It is also responsible for the maintenance of the registration program as well as the electronic degree audit programs for Peabody undergraduate students.
This office processes all academic record entries and changes such as address, adviser, grade, major, minor, track, and transfer of credit. Graduate and professional student Programs of Studies are reviewed for Dean's approval. This office also reviews students' academic programs at time of degree completion and notifies students of remaining requirements for graduation.
Peabody professional student college financial aid awards are managed by the Peabody Registrar in coordination with Peabody departments and the Peabody Dean's Office.
