Why is there a cell phone link on the Computer Orientation site?
You may assume it is easiest and best to continue using your cell phone plan from home. In recent years, this has become a issue when students have problems with computers, etc. and leave messages with long distance call-back numbers. Likewise, your friends, classmates, and professors will have to call a long distance number, also. Under many plans, your calls to local numbers will be long distance, too.

Sprint has installed a cellular transmission tower on the Peabody campus to support its service.
