Conference and Presentation Rooms
The PTSC supports presentation and conference facilities in all academic and administrative buildings at Peabody. The smaller conference/presentation rooms seat 14-20 participants and are equipped with projectors and screens with connections for laptop computers. Wyatt 140, Wyatt 310, Peabody Administration 318, and Wyatt 322 are just three examples of this type of room. Middle capacity facilities include Wyatt 201, Wyatt 223, Jesup 106, and others that can accommodate as many as 45 participants.
The largest presentation/conference facility at Peabody is called the “Rotunda.” Wyatt 330 can seat as many as 250 participants while providing full videoconferencing and presentation systems. When booked in conjunction with Wyatt rooms 302, 310, 313, 322, and 323, the Rotunda serves as the hub of a full-function facility for educational conferences.
