The PTSC maintains a staff of four Local Support Providers (LSPs) who support faculty, staff, and research assistants in the teaching departments and the college administration. Each LSP splits his/her time between two departments every day. LSPs support an average of 150 desktop and laptop systems and their peripheral devices. Contact information for the LSPs is found here.
Lab Assistants in the Wyatt Labs provide support to students who are not eligible to receive assistance from the LSPs. The Vanderbilt Information Technology Services Helpdesk also provides telephone and walk-in assistance to students.
