Great strides have been made in equipping and upgrading technology-enhanced classrooms at Peabody. All Peabody classrooms are now technology-enhanced with a minimum of hard-wired network connections, 802.11g wireless APs, a permanently installed projector, a projection screen, a VHS/DVD player, and one or more computers. Many classrooms are equipped with dual platforms interfaced by a KVM switch. All Wyatt Center public rooms have access to A/V router signals from satellite downlink, campus cable, and the building A/V headend system.
The PTSC continually works with the registrar, college administration, instructors, and selected vendors to evaluate, expand, and enhance these facilities. Each year, a significant portion of the classrooms are updated to include touch-screen control, new computers, and state of the art presentation systems.
Full descriptions of each of the technology-equipped classrooms at Peabody College may be accessed by clicking the links at the left.
