Human Resource Development (M.Ed.)
Program of Study
HRD prepares students to design, implement, manage, and evaluate training programs in for-profit and non-profit organizations. In addition to designing and delivering effective instruction, you will also be prepared to facilitate organizational change and design ways to improve the quality of work life and increase productivity as an HRD professional. Graduates work as organizational consultants, corporate trainers, directors of human resource development, and program evaluators.
The following lists required courses and the semester they are usually offered.
Courses such as LPO 3450 designed for doctoral students are offered on a different schedule and are not open to master's students.
There may be changes in the current academic year.
