Brian Griffith's areas of research include identity formation, spiritual development, wellness, and undergraduate education. Current research projects include the role of undergraduate education in student development and the impact of a 6-week wellness program on depression, anxiety, and spiritual well-being.
Brian Griffith teaches both graduate and undergraduate classes. Graduate classes in Human Development Counseling include Group Counseling, Theories of Counseling, Appraisal and Assessment, and Developmental Counseling Psychology. Undergraduate courses include Applied Human Development and Small Group Behavior which are the freshmen core courses in the Human and Organizational major.
