With over 20 years of experience in executive-level management positions and internal and external consulting, Professor Isaacs's career spans both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She has held senior human resource positions, and been active in long-term organization effectiveness initiatives and change efforts with clients such as Cummins Engine, SunTrust, and Nortel Networks. Her consulting practice concentrates in the areas of strategy building, management coaching, organization culture, diversity, and team and organization learning.
