Joyce Hilley
Assistant Director
Joyce Hilley is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the Policy Center which includes strategic planning, working with grantors, managing the Center budget and grants budgets, aiding with the planning of conferences and institutes, and dealing with all external communications and outreach efforts. She also provides technical support to faculty members preparing grants to be submitted through the Center. Ms. Hilley's prior experience includes serving as assistant director of admissions at Vanderbilt Law School, and director of admissions and financial aid at Hawai'i Business College.
