Ryan Hargraves

Ryan Hargraves graduated from the University of Alabama in 2006 with a BA in psychology, and from George Mason University in 2008 with a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her graduate school research focused on the effect of the bias blindspot on diversity training in organizations and the effects of gender and self-worth on interactions with others. At Peabody's Center for Evaluation and Program Improvement (CEPI) she works primarily on the Health Assessment Project, a Department of Defense funded project.
