Peabody Room Reservations

 

EMS GUIDELINES

 

  • The public calendar should be reviewed to determine room availability before submitting a reservation request to EMS.
  • When submitting a reservation request all information specifying the room, date, and time should be completed. Missing information may delay processing.
  • Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Requests after 4pm may not be processed until the following day.
  • Reservations should not be submitted for any semester until academic classes have been loaded into EMS.
