Amberly B. Dziesinski

Amberly Dziesinski is a PhD student in Education Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. Amberly’s research interests include higher education funding and financial aid policy. She aims to understand how and why states select different types of policies to increase college affordability. Her doctoral advisor is Dr. William Doyle.
Amberly also collaborates with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, where she has researched transfer and student outcomes related to the Tennessee Promise scholarship.
Prior to her doctoral work, Amberly served as an AmeriCorps member, promoting college access at an after school program.
