School Leadership Event

TERA launched our Strengthening Tennessee's Education Labor Market strand of work with a convening that showcased recent research on Tennessee's school leaders. The event featured a presentation by TERA Faculty Director Jason Grissom on his work to date examining the labor market for Tennessee school leaders. The presentation was followed by a panel discussion on the implications of the research including Commissioner Candice McQueen, Dr. Grissom, Dr. Chris Marczak (Director of Schools, Maury County Schools), Millard House II (Director of Schools, Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools), and Dr. Sonia Stewart (Executive Principal, Pearl-Cohn Entertainment Magnet School, Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools).
