Office of Communications

The Peabody Office of Communications supports the college's strategic efforts through planning, production, and dissemination of various types of media to strengthen Peabody's reputation and positioning among graduate schools of education. Our team provides strategic advice and service for leadership communications; graduate and professional student recruitment; dissemination of research findings and research project activity; faculty, student, alumni and staff news; faculty and staff awards nominations; and signature events. The Office of Communications also maintains the Peabody College website and is developing an Internal Resources system.

How You Can Request Help

  • For stories, email Jenna Somers. Share your news about grants, publications, events, honors and awards.
  • To add an event to the college calendar, fill out the Events@Vanderbilt form. Make sure to tag your event "peabody."
  • For video needs, contact Krystal Schmidt.
  • To update a Peabody College web page, please use the form below. For technical problems with a Peabody web page, submit a ticket to the University's Digital Strategies team.
  • For all other projects, including graphic design, please complete the project request form.
