Craig Anne Heflinger

Professor Heflinger's research focuses on child and adolescent mental health, substance abuse, and health services. Her expertise and research interests lie in family and system-level issues affecting the implementation of policies for children's services. She also focuses on issues for rural populations, and the role of stigma towards individuals with mental health problems, their families, and mental health services. She teaches graduate community research methods and community health, focusing on the social determinants of health and mental health.
