Karin Gegenheimer is a PhD student in Education Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. Karin’s research interests include educator evaluation, school leadership, and social and emotional learning. Her current work focuses on how statewide principal evaluation systems can improve principal performance.
Prior to her doctoral work, Karin taught middle school math in Brooklyn, NY. She earned a B.A. in international relations from New York University.
