Humphrey Fellowship
Graduate Assistant

The Graduate Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the esteemed Humphrey program, providing professional development and support to Fellows. As a high-energy, detail-oriented team player, you will work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include managing and updating Fellow databases, attending seminars, and drafting session notes. You'll also assist in evaluation, documentation, and social media management.

Program coordination duties involve providing individual support to the Humphrey Fellows, aiding in documentation development, and facilitating their orientation and settling process. You'll have the chance to create informational materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases while organizing cultural and service events.

The role extends to collaborating with the Humphrey team to monitor and evaluate program components, identify potential guest speakers and professional affiliations, and support Fellows in choosing appropriate courses. As the contact lead between the Fellowship and student partners, you will support staff with administrative and logistical tasks, including event planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate is physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and has reliable transportation with a valid U.S. driver's license, preferably comfortable driving large vehicles. Federal Work Study eligibility is preferred.
