The Graduate Assistant (GA) for Student Employee Development provides collaborative support in the onboarding and training of student staff at the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center. This position is designed for a graduate student passionate about fostering professional development, delivering impactful training, and showcasing strong interpersonal skills. The GA will craft and facilitate engaging training programs to prepare student employees for success, guide and support them, and tailor training approaches to meet varying levels of experience.
