Next Steps at Vanderbilt is an inclusive higher education program for neurodiverse students. Next Steps is seeking Graduate Assistants to support career development initiatives within the program.

The Career Coach works under the direction of the Career Development team to provide on-site, consultative workplace supports to neurodiverse students in meeting their goals and gaining independence at their career exploration, internship, or employment placements.

The goal of the career coach is to foster students’ independence and autonomy at work and support them in meeting individualized goals related to transferable job skills, communication, professionalism, and critical thinking.
