Peabody Campus Visits and Events

Selecting a graduate school is an important decision with many different criteria. We know that campus and community are important factors in addition to academic offerings. To help you become more familiar with Peabody’s campus and its people, we encourage you to plan an in-person visit or join an upcoming event.

Personal Campus Visits

Campus visits are currently offered for prospective master's and Ed.D. students. During the academic year (September through the end of April), prospective students can select a campus tour that works best for their schedule from our Graduate Admissions Event Calendar. During the summer months, or in the event that there's not an available visit during the academic year that works for you, we invite you to email us at peabody.visits@vanderbilt.edu. We're happy to work with you to accommodate your visit.

Prospective Ph.D. students should contact the Admissions Coordinator within their department of interest to request a campus visit.

Your campus visit includes a 45-60-minute long tour of Peabody's campus in Nashville, Tennessee led by a member of our Graduate and Professional Admissions team. When possible, our staff will work to personalize your experience based on your program of interest and any additional requests. While we can accommodate last-minute registrations, we encourage you to register for your tour in advance.

Please note that campus visits are held in-person on Peabody's Nashville, Tennessee campus in the Central time zone. Please only register for a visit if you are able to physically attend in person. For online offerings, consider registering for an Info Session or take a look at our online prospective student events.
