The Peabody Distinguished Alumnus/a Award is the highest honor bestowed upon an alumnus/a of Peabody College. Graduates who have demonstrated significant achievements in their chosen professions, earned high respect among their colleagues, and had a national or international impact are eligible for the award following their twentieth reunion. To nominate an outstanding graduate, please complete each section of the form below. The nominator must provide all materials pertinent to the nomination. The selection committee will not conduct further research on behalf of any nominee.
Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis. Please consider whether the nominee could be available to participate in Peabody's Commencement in May, during which the dean will present the award to the chosen recipient.
