Larry Murphy

I am making an impact by providing the planning, monitoring, and support infrastructure necessary for our organization to work with teachers, schools, districts, and states across the country. Daily, I have the opportunity to work with colleagues who are passionate about building educator excellence and to provide them with the resources, tools, and thought partnership to do so. My experience at Peabody has enabled me to find, synthesize, and connect research to inform and build on the practices that we support. Peabody also prepared me to support the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of these practices as they are put into action.

Peabody allowed me to really explore what I wanted to take away from the program. When I came into Peabody I had very different goals from those that I left with, but the diversity of offerings, openness to adjust, and willingness to discuss different pathways truly allowed me to find and explore these new goals. The support of the Peabody faculty truly changed my outlook and presented me entirely different opportunities than I would have had without them.
