Qian Tao

Qian is the learning and Training Specialist at Education Ecosystem Evolution Academy of Moonshot Academy, Beijing, China. His work is to design training curriculum systems on competency-based education for nationwide Chinese teachers of both public and private schools. He also serves as the teacher-development advisor at Education without Barriers and as a member of Teacher Advisory Board at Schmidt Futures RISE program. During his studies at Peabody, he interned with the Office of the Dean at Peabody College as a research assistant, with the Center of Latin American Studies as a data analyst, and with the learning and development team at United Nations Women as a coordinator. These various learning and working experiences have helped me to build up my own competencies so that I can handle these roles in the future.

Peabody will give each of the learners a true feeling that they are part of the college, where they will receive support, love, friendship, opportunities, feedback coming from the community.
