Dillon G. McGill

Dillon McGill is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Leadership, Policy, & Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. His research interests include school choice, school quality measurement, and accountability policy.

Dillon began his career serving students in the west valley of Phoenix as a high school English teacher. Prior to joining Peabody, he supported teachers and principals through his work in leadership development, instructional coaching, and school improvement consulting at the Arizona Charter Schools Association and Teach For America.

Dillon holds a B.A. in sociology from Pepperdine University and a M.A. in educational policy from Arizona State University.
