Research Assistant Professor, Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations
Mollie Rubin is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Rubin’s research is focused on improvement of K-12 public education, chiefly the intersection of education policy and the organizational contexts in which reform efforts occur. She is particularly interested in the topics of program implementation and evaluation, professional learning, teacher quality, and the study of school and district leadership.
Prior to her graduate studies, Dr. Rubin worked for the New York City Department of Education as a middle school teacher in Brooklyn, NY.
