Caitlin Pearson
Administrative Assistant,
Roberts Academy
Caitlin Pearson earned her bachelor of arts in visual art education from Lipscomb University. She began her career teaching middle school art in Nashville before pursuing a master of fine arts with an emphasis in painting. Caitlin continues to paint and develop her thesis work in her free time.
Her creative portfolio includes commissioned murals and paintings, as well as ongoing non-commissioned artistic experimentation. Her work has been accepted into the Tennessee Craft Fair, where she has sold over 50 hand-painted pieces, and she also illustrated the published travel journal Soulful Travels for the nonprofit Travel Through Trauma.
Caitlin is passionate about the intersection of art and education. She believes art has the power to spark conversation, preserve memory, and express what words often cannot — our stories and our souls. In both her creative and professional work, she seeks to foster spaces where art can inspire, connect, and uplift. At Roberts Academy, she supports visual marketing, communications, and administrative initiatives. Her aim is to use art in the service of education, especially in support of Roberts Academy’s mission to empower students and celebrate diverse learning.
