Colby Woods

As a research specialist, Colby supports the design and execution of research projects to produce research syntheses, policy briefs, and other products as needed across all four research strands. Prior to joining TERA, he worked as a research assistant to Dr. Jason Grissom and as a policy and research intern with the Learning Policy Institute. Colby also spent two years teaching abroad in Germany with an English Teaching Assistantship Award by the Fulbright Student Program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and German from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
