Elena Huber

Elena is a second-year student in the Leadership and Organizational Performance Program. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Elena previously studied Psychology and Communications at the University at Buffalo while working as a Sales and Marketing Strategist at her family’s retail business. Elena is currently serving as a Change & Communications intern at TiER1 Performance and hopes to pursue a future career in change management consulting. In her free time, Elena enjoys hiking, reading, and checking boxes off her and her friends’ ‘Nashville Bucket list.’
