
Hannah Ziegler is a doctoral student in the Learning, Teaching, and Diversity program at Vanderbilt Peabody College of education and human development. Prior to her studies at Vanderbilt, Hannah worked as a high school math and science teacher in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Research Interests
Hannah Ziegler’s research primarily concerns Her research interests involve place-based education, emerging technologies, and designing for expansive STEM teaching and learning. Her most recent work with T-ReCS, or Teens (Re-)Storying the Creek with STEM, explores augmented reality as a form of digital storytelling for critical place-based science in informal spaces.
