Jessica Holter manages the research operations and leads the communications work at the Tennessee Education Research Alliance. Prior to joining the TERA team, Jessica most recently served as the Teacher and Leader Support Coordinator at Instruction Partners and worked as a Graduate Assistant with the Principals’ Leadership Academy of Nashville. Jessica also spent four years in education advocacy at 50CAN, leading projects across the policy and research, communications, and leadership development teams. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Wooster and an M.P.P. from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
