Kashiri Favors

Kashiri holds an MBA in Management and Innovation from Wright State University and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry from Oakwood University. Her academic achievements are complemented by her extensive professional experience, which includes roles as an Outreach Advisor at Calhoun Community College, Director of First-Year Experience and Retention at Oakwood University, and Development Officer at the same institution. Additionally, she has served as a Human Resources, DE&I Administrative Fellow at Kettering Health Network, where she led innovative diversity and inclusion programs.

Kashiri is responsible for managing student services within the Leadership, Policy, and Organizations (LPO) department. Her role includes overseeing admissions for multiple degree programs, coordinating course schedules, and tracking student progress. She works closely with faculty, admissions teams, and other administrative staff to support students and ensure smooth operations.
