Kashiri holds an MBA in Management and Innovation from Wright State University and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry from Oakwood University. Her academic achievements are complemented by her extensive professional experience, which includes roles as an Outreach Advisor at Calhoun Community College, Director of First-Year Experience and Retention at Oakwood University, and Development Officer at the same institution. Additionally, she has served as a Human Resources, DE&I Administrative Fellow at Kettering Health Network, where she led innovative diversity and inclusion programs.
