Katherine Rogers has 13 years of teaching experience with diverse learners. She has a background in both special and general education. She has worked with students from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade across Washington, Alaska, and Tennessee. Rogers holds a Master of Arts in English language learning from Western Governors University and a dual Bachelor of Arts in special education and elementary education from Central Washington University. Before joining Roberts Academy, Rogers served as a lead interventionist for the Clarksville Montgomery County School System in Tennessee. In this role, she provided training and support to her elementary school staff while also delivering intervention and support services to students with special needs. Beyond classroom instruction, Rogers has served as a teacher mentor at multiple schools and led professional development trainings on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and educational technology.
