Katherine (Kate) Smith serves as the Program Coordinator for Career Exploration, working primarily with our first and second year students to develop professional skills and explore career paths. She earned her bachelors degree in Special Education and Child Development from Vanderbilt University in 2024. She then earned a Masters of Education in Applied Child Studies from Vanderbilt University in 2025. Before this role, she worked with Next Steps as the Campus Life Graduate Assistant.
