Lindsay Krech works with students and university partners to ensure there are opportunities for reciprocal learning and meaningful inclusion on campus. In her role with Next Steps, Lindsay oversees the Ambassa’Dore peer mentor organization and campus engagement initiatives.

Lindsay earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt Vanderbilt University. Lindsay has worked with Next Steps since 2014 and previously led career development initiatives.
