Pat Flynn is a doctoral student in the Department of Economics at Vanderbilt University and a data cleaner for TERA. His research interests include economic history and health economics, with a focus on the effect of environmental factors on child health and educational outcomes. Current projects include studies on the health effects of the Clean Water Act and the long run impact of water quality on school performance. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Michigan State University.
