Susan Patrick

As a postdoctoral fellow, Susan manages the work of the professional learning strand. Susan’s research focuses on school-based efforts intended to improve teachers’ instructional practice and students’ learning experiences. She is interested in understanding schools as the workplaces of teachers and exploring how structural, normative, and contextual factors facilitate or impede teacher development.
