Housing for Graduate or Professional Students
Off Campus
For now, Vanderbilt doesn't offer on-campus university housing for graduate or professional students. The Office of Housing and Residential Experience provides a web-based Off Campus Housing Service that lists information on housing accommodations for students who plan to live off campus. The website includes advertisements by landlords looking specifically for Vanderbilt-affiliated tenants, as well as by Vanderbilt students looking for roommates. Listings are searchable by cost, distance from campus, number of bedrooms, and other parameters. Students may also post want ads seeking roommate or housemate situations.
To access the service, just use the Vanderbilt Off Campus Housing Service.

Undergraduate Housing
The Ingram Commons
All first-year students live on The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons residential campus and are assigned to one of 10 houses.
Each house has a distinct identity and is led by a faculty head of house. The faculty head of house lives alongside students, extending learning outside the classroom and connecting students with the resources they need to thrive. By sharing a single campus for their first year, students form a strong sense of community and class identity.
