Peabody Master’s Student Job Board

The Vanderbilt English Language Center (ELC) is seeking graduate students and highly qualified undergraduate students to work as writing and speaking consultants for multilingual VU students.

Applicants must have experience with English teaching/tutoring and/or demonstrate solid knowledge of U.S. academic language and conventions, including the ability to explain and exemplify English grammar and language use. Knowledge of presentation skills and pronunciation is helpful. Job requires consultants to be supportive, confident, personable, and professional while providing writing/speaking assistance to multilingual graduate and undergraduate students.
