Next Steps at Vanderbilt is an inclusive higher education program designed to support neurodiverse students.

We are seeking a Graduate Assistant to aid in the facilitation and growth of our academic program. This role will provide direct support to the Director of Academics and students enrolled in the Next Steps program by

(a) modifying academic curricula,

(b) integrating universal design for learning principles into course materials,

(c) co-teaching a Next Steps-level course for underclass students in the program,

(d) tutoring upperclass students in Next Steps as they complete independent study projects, and

(e) performing additional duties as assigned.
