Next Steps at Vanderbilt is an inclusive higher education program for neurodiverse students at Vanderbilt. Next Steps is seeking a Campus Life Graduate Assistant to support staff and neurodiverse students enrolled through Next Steps in campus life engagement.

Seeking graduate students who:

Demonstrate a knowledge of inclusion and integrative experiences

Effective communicator and can individualize to student skills and needs

Strong time management, well-organized and detail oriented

Familiarity with Vanderbilt clubs and organizations, leadership or advocacy experience is preferred

Flexible schedule is preferred

Weekend or evening hours may be occasionally needed

Preference for students who are interested in a 1-2 year placement.
