- Accept your offer of admission and pay the non-refundable enrollment deposit ($250).
- Make sure your external email address is correct in the application portal.
- If you wish to receive federal financial aid, please complete the FAFSA at your earliest convenience.
- Students who begin programs in the summer months (May, June, July) will need to complete the FAFSA for both the 2024-25 and 2025-26 academic years.
- Students who begin programs in August will need to complete the FAFSA for the 2025-26 academic year.

After accepting offer of admission:
- Respond to the VU Access email sent to your external email address. This will establish your VUnetID and Vanderbilt email address. Note: this email will be sent approximately 10 business days after you pay your enrollment deposit.
- In order to complete your enrollment, Vanderbilt will need official, sealed copies of your transcripts and test scores. Note: the transcripts you provided as part of your application were likely unofficial copies.

- Complete and submit your Immunizations Requirements Form through the Student Health Office.

- To waive Vanderbilt health insurance you must submit a waiver form by the required deadlines.
- Course registration information will be listed on the admitted students website and will be emailed from your program director in Spring 2025. Note: you will not be able to register for classes until the university has received your official transcripts and Immunization Requirements Form.
- A background check is required for all students. Please visit the Background Clearance Office website to learn more and begin the clearance process.
