Resources for Peabody Community
The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Peabody Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) provides educational programming and resources related to equity and inclusion, expands opportunities for underserved populations, and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences at Peabody so that all individuals can thrive.
Mission and Vision
Support
The Black Cultural Center, International Student & Scholar Services, Office of LGBTQI Life and The Center for Spiritual and Religious Life are just a few of the campus partners we work with to offer members of the Peabody community opportunities to explore their individual and collective identities. We also work to support students, faculty, and staff with accessibility or accommodation needs; provide guidance for discrimination and Title IX reporting; and consult on EDI issues as needed.
Programming
Conversations around equity and inclusion and programs like the Dean's Diversity Lecture Series and Faculty FaceTime Fridays celebrate our core values. We are proud to offer these lectures, events and workshops as part of our commitment to making Vanderbilt more equitable, diverse and inclusive.
