Michael A. Neel

Michael Neel is a Lecturer in Peabody’s Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations. His primary assignment is in the Leadership and Learning in Organizations program, an innovative educational doctoral degree program that supports mid-career professionals across a range of industries. Dr. Neel’s teaching and scholarly interests focus on professional learning and on the intersection of policy and practice in learning settings. At present, he is working with colleagues at Peabody on research projects that explore teacher collaboration and teacher learning initiatives. Prior to joining LPO, Dr. Neel was on faculty in Peabody's Department of Teaching and Learning, where he taught pedagogy, classroom ecology, and education policy.
