Peyton Kelly

Peyton is a second year in Peabody’s Leadership and Organizational Performance (LOP) program. Peyton is originally from Cornelius, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she double majored in psychology and communications. She recently completed an internship working on the performance management process at Nissan North America, and hopes to pursue a future career in a field related to industrial-organizational psychology, human capital management, or people analytics and consulting. In her free time, Peyton loves running, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her miniature goldendoodle, Finn!
