Rick Holaway

Rick Holaway serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Enrollment Management at Peabody College. His research has been primarily focused on how trends, best practices, university priorities, and finances impact the student journey through their pursuit of higher education. Prior to joining Peabody, Holaway served at Lipscomb University as an Associate Provost, a tenured Associate Professor in the College of Business, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Chair of Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship and directed the MBA and Organizational Leadership programs. In all, Holaway has worked in higher education for over 24 years. 

Holaway received his DBA from George Fox University in 2016, and MBA and B.S. Lipscomb University in 2009 and 2001, respectively.
